Speaker 1:

Ladies and gentlemen, life is a journey full of ups and downs, but it's how we rise after falling that defines our true strength. Today, I stand before you to talk about something close to my heart resilience, determination and the power of getting back on your feet, no matter how hard getting back on your feet, no matter how hard life knocks you down. They say that when you hit the rock bottom, the only way to go is up, but what they don't tell you is that the climb back up is where you find your true self. It's in the moments of doubt, fear and loneliness that you discover just how strong you really are. We've all encountered people who tried to pull us down, who played games with our minds and who, behind a mask of support, harbor jealousy, deceit and manipulation. These are the covert narcissists and the imposters who smile in your face while plotting your downfall. But let me tell you something they can't keep a good person down. When you're back on your feet, struggling before, they will see that their games are over. They'll watch in silence and walk away from the ashes of the bridges they've tried to burn with you.

Speaker 1:

But there's another danger that many of us face, and that's the impact of alcohol. It's easy to turn to a drink when life gets tough, to numb the pain, to forget it for a while. But we don't realize in that moment is how alcohol can ruin our lives, our relationships and, most importantly, how it can deteriorate us from the inside out. Imagine a balloon deflating at a rapid speed. That's the same effect alcohol has on us. That's the same effect alcohol has on us. It drains out our energy, our spirit and our health, leaving us empty, weak and vulnerable. And what about the people who love you, the only ones who want to see you live and thrive? Did you even think about them when you paid for that drink? Did you consider the pain you caused them by choosing temporary escape over permanent solution?

Speaker 1:

There's a lot of things that appear to be helpful for you, tempting you with quick fixes, easy escapes, but eventually you realize you're not in a box. Temptation is everywhere. As the mad tech scientist I am, I choose to love e-technology. At a young age, I was the oldest of the three kids, with no older brother or sister. Aside from my stepsister's siblings.

Speaker 1:

Inherited through my mother's marriage, she raised three excellent, powerful, god-body kids, guiding us through the path of life with strength and wisdom. So to everyone out there who has been through the fire, who has faced the games lies of those who pretend to care and who may have turned into alcohol and other temptations to cope, remember this you are stronger than you know. You have the power to rise again. The past is behind you, the future is yours to create, and nothing and no one can stop you from getting back on your feet. Choose life, choose love and choose to walk away from the things that hold you back, because, at the end, it's not about you surviving, it's about thriving, for yourself and for those who care about you. Stay awesome. My name is Daniel Dibud Nelson.
